Lets go for a walk, hike, or run!
I've been caring for my own animals since I was a little kid! Dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, even some larger farm animals for a short while. I walk and check in on pets for my friends and extended family regularly. I enjoy getting to know each individual, learning their likes, dislikes, quirks, and unique personalities.

Marie was friendly and patient with our rowdy dogs. Scheduling was easy and the dogs were happy after their walks. Much appreciated!
Marie was amazing with my diabetic cat, this was my first time leaving her since her diagnosis, and I was nervous, but Marie handled everything with care and confidence. She followed all instructions perfectly and kept me updated throughout. On top of that, she watered my basil plant and even cleaned my microwave—completely unprompted! I came home to a happy, healthy cat and a tidy home. Truly above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
Marie continues to be my go-to when I’m out of town. Even my more standoffish of the pair takes up residence on her lap during drop-in’s. I really appreciate how much attention and care she gives my girls.

Schedule
I am currently working from home and have a flexible schedule. I prefer to do walks in the mornings, but available anytime with at least a day's notice. I'm happy to do drop ins according to your preferences (also with a day's notice).

I will care for your pet like YOU care for your pet! Just provide me with all the details about your pet's routines and preferences, and I'll make every effort to maintain consistency while you're away.
Pets
A typical day
I'd love to take your pup on a variety of trails in and around Lompoc. We'll explore all sorts of fun smells and maybe chase a critter (from a safe distance), if they're into that! Totally happy to walk in your neighborhood as well, if you prefer. I'll bring treats and water, and I'll usually talk to doggo most of the walk. ?
