I am an active, compassionate, and devoted animal lover looking to get acquainted with your fur companions, and share my experience. I've been a long time supporter of natural and alternative pet care. I can provide a wealth of guidance and/or referrals if you are interested! I have an affinity for our senior companions, and can keep pace with the younger jet setters. I have always had a dog in my adult life. I have volunteered for a local animal shelter and have done a number of pet sitting jobs over the years. I care for special needs and seniors, administer meds, love puppy kisses, and take special care for clients homes while they are away. I collect mail, water plants, and adjust lights, etc. for clients who need to be away for a period of time. I take pride in making sure pets are content, happy, well loved, and healthy. Marie is definitely the sitter you want, especially if you have an older animal. She took the time to understand and cater to the challenging needs of our 16 year old dog. But yet she was also able to handle our younger large dog and provide for his needs. She sent detailed reports of each visit which made it totally possible to enjoy our son's wedding. We thank her immensely.
I am not from the area, however, I found Marie when searching for a care provider in the Mansfield area, when I am visiting family and have a family event to attend. I have used Marie to provide care to my two dogs on three separate occasions and have been very satisfied. I love my girls, they are affectionate with family and would not hurt anyone. They are, however, set in their ways, often have a lot to say and do not always present appreciative or welcoming of someone they do not know well. After the meet and greet session, Marie understood the particulars of care and the challenges of this duo. She has exceeded expectations from the start and although quite spaced out there has been progress in achieving affection and some quiet calmness for all involved.
