For family reasons, I only provide my services (walks and visits) in Longmont area. I also provide other services during my visits, such as collecting mail and packages, watering plants, washing pet food bowls, taking out the trash if needed, etc. CANCELLATION POLICY: - Drop-In Visits: I have a seven day cancellation policy for drop-in visits. The bookings need to be canceled before 12pm a full week before the start date of your stay in order to receive a full refund. Any bookings canceled after that time will receive a 50% refund. - Dog Walks: I have a one day cancellation policy for dog walks. The bookings need to be canceled before 12pm a full day before the start date of your stay in order to receive a full refund. Any bookings canceled after that time will receive a 50% refund. When I get to know new pets, it is important for me to know if they have specific behavioral problems (or habits), their triggers and how to avoid or calm them down, so that it will be easier for me to care for them. I also like to take my time with clients and their dogs (and/or other pets) in order to correctly identify their needs, their boundaries and medical history, or any other information so that I will be able to provide them high quality care. READ CAREFULLY: IMPOTRANT NOTE 1- I don't have any breed preferences, however, I would prefer to avoid dogs/pets with aggressive tendencies. 2- I'm a petite person, but I'm ok to walk large dogs (50+ Ibs) on the only condition that they are well trained to be on a leash and that they have good behavior. All this of course for the sake of safety and well-being for the dog as well as for myself. Thank you for your understanding and I'm looking forward to meeting you and your pet! Marianne :)

Several activities could be of interest to your pet(s) depending on their personality and what they like to do: - Dogs: I can take a (short or long) walk with them, play hide and seek, fetch or cuddle, brush them, work on basic training, give them treats. I will adjust our activities to your dog(s) specific needs. :) - Cats: I can give them a lot of pets and cuddles (even belly rubs if your cat love that!) play with them with their toys (wands, laser pointers, etc), give them treats (and catnip ?!), brush them, spend some time building trust, or I may leave them be if that's what they prefer.... - Other kinds of animals (turtles, rabbits, hamsters, birds, etc..): Interaction may be less than with dogs or cats, but I am more than willing to spend time with them doing things they enjoy and they will receive just as much attention as cats and dogs .

Since childhood, I've been surrounded by pets like ponies, dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, fish, and rabbits. I've taken care of them since I was young, as well as for neighbors and family. I'm passionate about all animals, and even now, whenever I can help them, I don't hesitate. For example, during the winter, I feed birds and squirrels to provide them with support during these periods when the weather can be very cold. I only use cruelty-free products and makeup. I have over thirty years of experience in animal care and well-being, and I've been able to expand my knowledge even further since working in Rover. I have expertise with dogs and cats with special needs (blind, deaf, reduced mobility, pets requiring injections or oral medication, etc.). I've also developed my skills with other animals such as tortoises, chickens/roosters, geckos, and more. I am a trustworthy, meticulous person who loves my work. Marianne did an excellent job taking care of our two cats while we were away! When we returned everyone was happy and healthy and the house looked great. Marianne’s communication throughout was excellent and she really went above and beyond. We had to extend our trip by a day and she was happy to add an extra day of care. I was nervous because one of our cats takes allergy medicine and had been refusing it but Marianne was able to get him to take it which was a huge relief. We had a great experience with Marianne and would definitely book her again!
Marianne always does a great job. Baby Ruth looks forward to seeing her.
Marianne has been letting my pups out, playing with them, and taking care of my kitten for an awhile now. I appreciate that she is reliable, trustworthy and kind. I couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of my animals!
Marianne was great! She made sure my cat felt loved while I was away. I mentioned only briefly how much he likes to go outside, and I got photos every day of my cat, enjoying the sunshine. That means so much to me !
