Hi there! I'm Angelica, a bilingual cat sitter (English/Spanish) based in Charlotte, NC, happy to chat in whichever language you're most comfortable with. I've been caring for cats for 3 years, starting with my own calico, Debbie, who taught me that every cat has her own personality, quirks, and comfort zone. Some cats greet you at the door, some need a little space and patience before they warm up I pay attention to what each cat actually needs instead of a one-size-fits-all approach. I regularly care for cats belonging to friends and family, and I treat every cat like it's my own: following feeding schedules exactly as instructed, staying on top of medications, and making sure litter boxes, water, and cozy spots are all taken care of. If your cat is shy or a little anxious, I go slow and let them come to me on their terms, no forcing cuddles, just consistency and patience until they feel safe. I'm also a stickler for the little safety things: making sure doors and windows are secure, following any specific house rules you give me, and keeping an eye out for anything that seems off with your cat's behavior or appetite. I'll keep you updated with photos while you're away, so you're never left wondering how your baby is doing. Safety, trust & environment
I make sure every cat feels safe, comfortable, and loved. I stick to their usual routine, feeding, fresh water, and a clean litter box, so nothing feels off while you're away. I also give them plenty of playtime, cuddles (if they like them!), and a quiet space to relax. For shy or anxious cats, I take the time to earn their trust at their own pace. My goal is to make them feel at home, even when their humans are away. 🐱

Angelica is amazing with animals, always going above and beyond for her own pet as well as others. Whenever I need last minute assistance with my cat, she is the first person I think of, and I am always happy with her communication and attention to detail. She is enthusiastic about assisting with PetSmart volunteer shifts whenever possible, and if she could adopt all of the available kitties she would! Angelica is an extremely trustworthy and caring pet lover who is the perfect choice for any petsitting situation.
