Hello everyone ! 😊 Taking care of dogs is truly my passion and something I dedicate my time to every day. I have been surrounded by dogs since childhood, my first dog came into my life when I was 5, and since then I’ve had several dogs who were part of my family and lived long, happy lives. Over the years, I have also cared for dogs of friends and neighbours.This experience taught me how different every dog is and how important it is to understand their personality, needs, and routine. I spend most of my time at home, which means your dog will never feel alone. I can give them constant attention, care, and companionship throughout the day. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or just relaxing in a calm environment - I adapt to them. I don’t have my own pets, so all my attention is focused on your dog. I always keep you updated with photos and videos, so you can feel relaxed and connected while you are away. Last year, I also undertook a six-month course at the Ukrainian National School of Service Dog Training, focusing on dog handling and instruction. So if you want I could teach your doggie some tricks :) I have also completed a first aid course, which has given me additional knowledge and confidence in handling unexpected situations calmly and responsibly. I speak Ukrainian, English and Italian fluently, also have an intermediate level of German. I understand Russian, French and Spanish. My goal is simple: to make your dog feel safe, loved, and at home- and to give you peace of mind while you are away. Friendly note: Pick-up is until 12:00 noon the day after the last night (like in a hotel). After that, extra hours will be charged, as I keep that time reserved for your dog and cannot accept another booking. Bookings are covered by Rover’s insurance for your peace of mind. Please note that platform fees are included in the total price. :)

We couldn’t have made a better choice than Mariana to take care of our puppy while we were away. From the very beginning, she was incredibly caring, responsible, and attentive, and it was clear that our puppy was in the best possible hands. When a health issue came up, Mariana went far beyond what we could have expected: she organized a call with the vet herself, arranged the necessary medication, and made sure it was given properly. She also followed our puppy’s usual routine very carefully, which made the transition back home completely seamless. She even taught her new tricks! Throughout our absence, Mariana sent us frequent photos and videos, and we could see how happy, relaxed, and wonderfully cared for our puppy was. Leaving such a young dog with someone we didn’t know was a very difficult decision for us, and we are extremely grateful that we found Mariana. She gave us complete peace of mind. We are genuinely so sorry that Mariana is leaving the Zurich canton, because otherwise we would absolutely choose her again in the future. We cannot recommend her highly enough — if you have the opportunity to leave your dog with Mariana, she is truly one of the best choices you could make.
Mariana is amazing. It is always so nerve-wracking to find someone you can trust to care for your pets, but Mariana easily addressed all of our worries. She has watched our dog, Bonny, a small terrier mix, whenever we've been out of town and Bonny adores her. Mariana is kind and understanding and we can only say great things about her. Bonny has separation anxiety and Mariana is always good about patiently handling Bonny’s specific needs. She is extremely communicative and sent photos of Bonny to us every day while we were gone. We highly recommend Mariana to anyone searching for a pet sitter!

Schedule
Dog sitting is truly my calling, which is why I dedicate my full time and attention to it. I am always at home and able to provide constant care, supervision, and companionship for your dog throughout the day. I live in a beautiful, dog-friendly area with many other dogs around, a large park nearby, and open fields where your dog can safely run, explore, and play. Your dog will enjoy both comfort at home and active outdoor time.

I currently do not have my own pets, so your dog will receive my full attention and care at all times. I live in a spacious 100 m² apartment, providing plenty of room for your dog to feel comfortable and relaxed. The building also has an elevator, making it convenient for dogs of all sizes and ages.
A typical day
A typical day with me is balanced between activity, stimulation, and rest. We start with a relaxed morning walk, followed by playtime and mental games to keep your dog engaged. During the day, we go for longer walks to the nearby park and open fields, where your dog can run, explore, and socialize. At home, your dog can relax in a calm and safe environment, with plenty of attention, cuddles, and companionship throughout the day.
