Fun, friendly and creative!
I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was a baby. Growing up my grandparents also owned parrots, bunnies, dogs of all sizes, cats, tortoises, fish, you name it…my parents always had dogs and cats. I also owned a dog for 11 years. I feel most comfortable around animals :) Being an older sister of 3, I grew up being the responsible one, caretaker and I’d also walk the dogs, train them, feed them and help my parents in any way I could. When I adopted my first own dog, I learned how much love I have to give and how much responsibility it takes to look after a furbaby. He was very anxious and reactive, so it was 11 years of learning and challenges, but he was the sweetest and goodest boy, right up until the end.

Safety, trust & environment
I cannot have pets in my own home sadly. However, I’m happy to come in and check on your kitten or pooch while you’re away. I can also pet sit if needed and play with, feed and walk your dogs. I can also train and teach your dog (or cat, if they feel like it haha) some tricks. Work on their confidence by using gentle rewards and lots of patience on their walks. I have experience with reactive dogs and I know how important it is to maintain comfort and special care for the sensitive pups.
Ratings and reviews
Mariana loves pets more than anyone I know. She has taken good care of my dog, who came from a shelter and was naturally more shy, but immediately could feel that Mariana is a good person. I have also seen her with her own dogs and cats, and you could tell immediately how much she loves them. There are several animal lovers in my life, but I would think of her first, if I wanted anyone to take care of my dog again. Very sweet and easy going person, 10/10, can recommend!
Mary has treated all my pets with absolute care and love like no other, I had a reactive anxiety filled senior dog and he settled right in with her and she treated him as her own. There is no one else i would recommend more, she will absolutely priotise your pets to the absolute top and give extra care if needed, i also had cats and she handled them with extra care.

Schedule
I’m currently working full-time. For now I’m looking to combine my love for animals and building up a side income during my free time. I’m happy to look after and walk your pets during my free time on the weekends. I can drive which allows me to get to places a bit further out.

- Anything you think is important to share please do. I want to know what excites your pet and what can likely scare them away. Their personality is very important. Not every pet likes the same activities, same social interactions, same environments. Plus if they have health concerns or specific needs, I can try my best to meet it. Some pooches and kittens can require a lot of patience, I know what that’s like :) Any reactivity is good to know, maybe they like older dogs, but puppies not so much. Maybe they are good on walks…until they hear a loud bang. The more I know the better I can prepare for it!
