Hi there! I'm Marian and I'm a big animal lover with over 20 years of hands on experience caring for both cats and dogs of various ages, temperaments; from excited doggos to shy cats who take a little bit of time to warm up. Whether its daily walks, playtime, feedings, medication, or simply keeping your pets company while you're away; I treat every animal as if they were my very own: with patience, respect, and compassion. Customized Care: Every pet has their own personality and routine and I make it a point to keep things consistent, so your furry friend(s) feel safe and cared for. ***Important Note for New Potential Clients*** I need AT LEAST 14 days notice of departure date for house sitting requests and 7 days notice of departure date for dog walk/drop in requests. This gives both you and I time to propose a proper meet and greet that is respectful of both your time and mine. The more advanced notice I have about a stay or visit, the more prepared I will be to care for your furry friend(s) in the way they need and deserve. I only take extended care visits (2 weeks or more) from repeat clients only. How to know if your dog(s) is a good fit: -I only accept dogs with low to moderate energy levels and puppies must be and fixed and potty trained. -I will NOT accept dogs who are aggressive, anxious, have a terminal and/or life threatening health condition, or highly prone to indoor potty accidents. About My Care Style I’m always happy to give pets plenty of love, attention, playtime, and affection! I also really value helping dogs feel comfortable settling independently. I’m especially comfortable with pets who enjoy being near their person without needing constant physical contact or lap time. During downtime and sleep, I prefer pets to have their own cozy spot nearby, rather than sleeping directly on top of or pressed against me. I’m still happy to cuddle and give affection when we’re both intentionally engaging in it. I just like physical closeness to be more of a mutual invitation than something a pet feels they need to maintain constantly to feel secure. I find that clear, gentle boundaries help everyone have a more relaxed and comfortable stay and I’m happy to work with each pet’s individual personality and routine.

Marian was incredibly thorough with instructions and care for our two pups, one of whom is medically sensitive and needs medication 3X daily. Her daily schedule allowed her to spend lots of time with our dogs, which is our number one priority in booking. Our house was kept in great shape as well. I would not hesitate to book Marian again in the future!
Marian was great! Gave us daily updates on our pup, was communicative, prompt and kept Penny and our home well taken care of. We would definitely have her watch Penny again.

Schedule
My work is home based; giving me pretty frequent and flexible availability if given the proper heads up for each type of request. This also allows me a great deal of time to tend to your pet's needs and provide them with extra affection and attention.
