I currently work full time, but it’s hybrid so I’m super flexible. I typically go to visits either in the morning before work, during my lunch break, or after work. If I need to I can pop in during the day if I’m not in too many meetings!

In my home, anything that is toxic or can cause any type of mishap is out of reach completely. I do not own or purchase flowers of any sort, as they are very toxic to cats. I actually really wanted to put up a Christmas tree this year but didn’t because I felt it was unsafe for my cat. All loose strings, hair ties, and any small thing he can chew on is either put away or thrown out immediately. No food is ever left out, whether it is ok for my pet to eat or not. It may contain seasonings (such as onion and garlic) that he cannot eat. I also do not use air fresheners, essential oils, or candles and when I mop the floor I keep him away from the fumes until it is completely dry. I also don’t spray perfume in my home, I usually wait until I get into my car to avoid my cat breathing in anything. Might seem like a bit much but they’re sensitive like babies are

Because I work full time, I sometimes can’t make it at specific times but I always keep a routine with my clients so their pets adjust. Some are very flexible & some aren’t, but it all depends on your needs!
A typical day
I make sure each pet gets activities that match their personality & energy level. That can mean long walks, playtime with their favorite toys, enrichment games, or just lots of cuddles & attention if they’re more laid back.

I’ve cared for dogs & cats of all sizes, ages, and temperaments for over a decade. I’ve been trusted by neighbors, friends, & family to take care of their pets, including puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with specific routines. Cats are usually all pretty simple lol I’m attentive, patient, & very mindful of each pet’s safety, comfort, & personality. I follow instructions carefully, keep owners updated, & make sure every pet feels secure, exercised, and genuinely cared for while in my hands. I truly believe in treating every pet as if they were my own & take pride in being someone owners can fully trust & rely on with their pets, whether they’re across the world or if they’re so busy with work & needed some help. Mariam is fantastic!!! I was on vacation for a week and came home to a happy, calm, and playful fur baby. My little kitty princess struggles with separation anxiety so it’s always tough when I’m gone for a few days, let alone a full week. Mariam worked her magic and my kitty did great.
