I've been around dogs my whole life. I grew up around rottweilers until I was about 12. In my teen years, there was always some kind of mutt in the house. My family handled 3 litters of puppies. After graduating high school, I had a small dog for several years until she was tragically hit by a car and passed. In 2017, I got my soul mate pup, Boomer, who is now 9 years old and is registered as an emotional support animal. I have had 2 cattle dog mixes since 2019, both rescues. One tragically passed in July of 2024, and I adopted another in February of 2025. My dogs are completely socialzied and have great temperment. I have mainly dog sat for friends and have always enjoyed it. My dogs and I are excellent hosts. The max number of dogs I have looked after is 5 (2 littles and 3 bigs) and then my 2 dogs - so 7 total. Needless to say, I am an experienced individual who would love take their dog sitting career to the next level! *There are 2 cats in my home but they mostly keep to themselves and are unbothered by dogs.*

Mariah has been one of the best Rover sitters I’ve used. I booked her far in advance for a recent family trip. Not only did she swing by for a meet and greet, but also offered to come by a second time leading up to the trip to go over things. She was extremely thorough and communicative while we were away. I received lots of pictures. It felt less of a business transaction and more like someone who actually cares and takes a lot of pride in their work. Would definitely book again.
Mariah stayed in our home and dog sat our two dachshunds over the weekend. She's really genuine and reliable & honest person. She took great care of our fur babies and our home and followed all the instructions we left. I will definitely rebook with her again in the future. It's hard to find people you can count on and trust but she checked all our boxes and was great!!! I highly recommend her if you need a dog sitter!
Mariah took great care of my anxious pup while I was away for dinner. Highly recommended.

Schedule
I have 2 dogs of my own so pet care is part of my permanent daily routine. Regular exercise and enrichment are a big part of my dogs' lives.
