I have helped take a lot of care for my Dog for 14 years. I used to play with him with his toys and take him on walks almost every day. But now that he is much older and blind I can’t do that pretty much at all (not in the same way as I used to when he was younger), and I miss it. I would love taking care of elderly dogs and young dogs because both remind me of my own. I love taking care of big dogs as much as small dogs. My grandpa’s boxer is a whole lot bigger, stronger and younger than mine and I don’t mind. I’ve always loved my friends and families dogs no matter there differences they’re all fun to be around. Many times I remember catching myself hanging out with my friends large dogs more than my friends because I wanted to get used to bigger dogs. I’ve always been a huge dog lover.

Mariah absolutely loves animals. She is not only great with her dog but all furry friends that she comes in contact with. She treats them with the utmost respect and care. Mariah has had her dog for 13 years so she had done it all - walks, grooming, bathing, vet visit, distributing meds, regulating feeding portions and of course playing and giving rubs!

Schedule
I’m home quite often so I am able to easily manage my pet owner duties and take care of both my dogs while my parents work throughout most of the day.

My senior dog has to go out more so I take him every 2-4 hours of the day. I feed him the same measurement of food each day (he gets one big scoop of senior dog food for the day in the afternoon), as well as his medicine and vitamins. As for my 1 year old dog he has to be fed his young dog food with dental powder. I feed him one big scoop in the afternoon for the day as well. I take him out after every 4 hours of the day because he doesn’t go as much. He gets lots of playtime throughout the day and sometimes I drop him off or pick him up from daycare that he really loves to go to.
Pets
A typical day
I would love to play with your dogs with or without toys. I like going on walks at parks like Alum creek dam/beach, and Hoover Park because of all the fun trails. I like walking around the trails past neighborhood as well.
