I have an extremely flexible schedule. My husband and I built our lives 8 years ago so that we could be home 99% of the time, have flexible schedules and travel often. The little work that I do (2-3 hours a day remotely) is scheduled around when I want to work and typically is in the early hours or late hours. I am available for quick well checks, dog walking, longer extended stays and overnight care. Your animals will have my full attention and care for what ever is needed or more. Your home will be left in the condition I found it or better. Need help watering some plants, bringing in the mail/packages, cleaning out the dishwasher, folding the laundry, tidying up… happy to help with any additional tasks to make your time away more effortless and enjoyable!!

Wake up and feed pets. Let food settle for 30 mins then play and exercise time for up to one hour. Brain activities and rest time. Bathroom breaks. Cuddle breaks. Scratches and or brushing. Walks up to one hour. Dinner. Play time then night time routine and settle/tuck into bed.

Pets are my passion and their piece-of-mind is my purpose! I understand the anxiety pets can have when a pet owner is away from home. I genuinely care about your pets and their feelings. I pride myself on earning your pets trust quickly so any anxiety is soon replaced with feeling safe and secure. Ever since I can remember I had a love for animals. I wanted to be a veterinarian but then learned that the amount of schooling needed wasn’t for me. I found other ways to surround myself with animals. I’ve had a variety of pets growing up and into adulthood. Ranging from fish, reptiles, hamsters, birds to cats and large breeds of dogs. When I didn’t have a pet of my own I would foster and volunteer at shelters teaching puppy yoga as a way to bring awareness to animals in need and adoption. I have most recently been traveling up and down the west coast of California with my husband and young son taking care of a variety of pets and also house sitting and watching after animals for extended stays.

Mariah was a great asset for our trip. She took the time to come to our house and spend time with our dog Sammy and his cat friend Patches. I can tell by pictures Sammy was so happy to have such nice company while we were gone. She always checked in and provided daily pictures. I truly recommend Mariah.

Grateful repeat customer 🧡 Mariah went above and beyond when my senior kitty needed unexpected emergency vet care while I was away. She was communicative, kind, and took amazing care of my 🐱🐱
Mariah did a great job taking care of our two cats. One is pretty shy but her calming energy got her to come out for some pets and treats. She also administered a trans dermal thyroid medication on the inside ear of our other cat without issues. Would recommend.
