Mariah was AMAZING. She went above and beyond by meeting our dogs ahead of the schedule day care to make sure everyone was compatible. She was adaptable to our drop off/pick up schedule and was willing to take them on hikes knowing that my dogs are active and need extra attention due to their high energy. She is overall a delightful person and we will absolutely be using her in the future. Thank you Mariah!
so thankful to mariah for her good care of my pup rex last week during the afternoon of my mom's service in santa cruz. i was nervous trying rover for the first time especially given the circumstances but everything went so smoothly thanks to her. rex usually gets anxious around new people and dogs but as it happened i picked up rex and he was more relaxed than before which was such a blessing and amazing surprise. also appreciated the cute pics from rex's stay with mariah + pup treat recommendations <3

I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which allows me to give your pet plenty of time, attention, and movement-whether it's long walks, hikes, beach visits, or calm companionship. I'm reliable, respectful of your home, and treat every pup like family.

I am surrounded by nature trails and have a very friendly black lab at home to keep your fur baby company. I can also crate your pup if preferred. Whether you need check-ins, overnight care, or just someone to keep your dog happy and active while you're away, I'm here to help!

A typical day
When I’m caring for pets, I love to keep things fun, active, and enriching—always tailored to each animal’s energy level and personality. For dogs, that might mean walks around the neighborhood, playtime at the park, or a relaxed day with fetch, tug-of-war, or a puzzle toy at home. If your pup is more adventurous, we might go on a pet-friendly hike or enjoy some splash time outdoors. For more mellow moments, I’m always happy to provide snuggles, gentle brushing, or frozen treats for a cool-down. I also love sending fun photo or video updates so you can see all the sweet and silly moments while you’re away!
