Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. When I was five years old, my family got a dog named Midnite, and taking care of him is what first made me realize how much I love being around animals. As a kid, I volunteered at a local dog groomer for two years, where I got experience helping out and learning how to work with dogs of all different personalities. More recently, I’ve been dog sitting for family and friends and have also helped take care of their cats. I’ve even had experience caring for senior pets, including a German Shepherd and senior cat who needed regular medications. All of these experiences have helped me become more comfortable, patient, and confident when caring for animals.
