I've taken care of dogs since I was a child, growing up with a playful labrador. Since then I've also taken care of cats and dogs for family and friends. I'm used to and comfortable walking dogs and playing with them outdoors, feeding on a schedule, and giving medication if necessary. I enjoy spending time with animals in general, during downtime or playtime. I've taken care of puppies up to senior dogs and cats.

I've taken care of dogs that live to run away and chew everything and those that rarely stray, so I'm comfortable with on-leash vigilance and also off-leash time (assuming a safe environment). I'm used to feeding pets on a schedule and making sure they have adequate time outdoors/playtime. I love to cuddle pets but can also respect shy or independent pets that prefer their own space. I'll respect the client's wishes regarding crate training and am happy to spend time with pets so they aren't lonely. I've taken care of senior dogs, so am comfortable with the medication, extra care, and time senior dogs need. I've also taken care of puppies but did not train them myself, however, I'm willing to try! I'm adaptable and flexible to the owner's and pet's needs.

Maria is awesome with cats that's for sure. She cares about the little details and she tried her best to even communicate with my very very shy cat. She is punctual and provides pictures for visits and she is very responsive which definitely removes any stress from being away. Highly recommend! :)
Maria har tagit hand om min katt på ett utmärkt sätt när jag varit tvungen att resa bort i jobbet. Hon har lekt, gett honom mat och sett till att han är nöjd och glad. Jag har mötts av en tillfredsställd katt när jag kommit hem igen och det känns oerhört skönt 😊 Hon har kommunicerat på ett bra och tydligt sätt och skickat massor av fina bilder, vilket bidrar till trygghet och förtroende 🙏
Maria är alltid supersnäll och trygg. Har lämnat vår hund i hennes förvar dygnsvis och det har fungerat jättebra. Vår Enzo tydde sig till Maria snabbt (trots att han mycket sällan passas av andra än oss) och var glad, lugn, mätt och utvilad när vi kom hem. Rekommenderar henne 100%.
Har bara positiva saker att säga om Maria- fin kontakt med vår hund, mycket bra kommunikation, punktlig, trevlig, positiv, känns trygg och lugn. Vi anlitar gärna Maria igen!

Schedule
I'm currently working part-time and have a very flexible schedule. Available weekdays and weekends, long-term and short-term pet care. I prefer working with clients to determine their pet's needs on an individual basis, good communication is key.
