Hello! My name is Maria, and I am a local middle school teacher, coach, and most importantly, dog mom! I do not have any children of my own (aunt life is the best life), but I have a 13-year-old miniature daschund and a 12-year-old daschund/chihuahua mix who are my babies. During the school year I am available on nights and weekends, and during the summer I am free almost anytime you need me! Early morning visits? No problem! Late night walks? No problem! I have experience with dogs big and small, young and old, energetic and timid. Whether you are looking for a drop-in visit with cuddles and play time or a walk in the neighborhood or local park, you can rest assured knowing your dog is in loving care. My phone is always on, so you are guaranteed a quick response to any concerns or updates. I'd love to meet your best friend and have them become one of mine, too.

When caring for pets in their home, I make sure to visit once with the owner before taking on bookings to ensure that both the owner and pets have a chance to meet me and are comfortable with my care. This also allows me to learn routines to make my visits go smoothly!

Maria has cared for our beloved pup many times and is a FABULOUS dog-sitter. He is always so happy to see her and is incredibly happy when we pick him up! She sends pictures often and always keeps us up to date on how he is doing when we are away. You couldn't ask for a better person to care for your pups! 100% recommend her!

Maria has had two dogs of her own for the past 10 years. There's no doubt in my mind she would care for your dogs like she does her own. She goes above and beyond when caring for others' pets as well to ensure they are well taken care of when not with their owners. She's no stranger to any breed small or large.

Schedule
As a teacher, I have summers off which allows me to be available any day or time you need! During the school year, I am available on most nights and weekends, as well.
