I tailor my care based on each pet’s routine and comfort level, whether in my home or the client’s home. I follow feeding schedules closely, provide regular walks, playtime, and lots of attention, and keep their environment clean and safe. In a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain the pet’s normal routine to reduce stress. I also send regular updates with photos so owners feel reassured.

We were lucky enough to book Maria for a next day job while traveling. I could not have been happier. Communication was clear, consistent and reliable. As soon as I met Maria (she dog sat our dog in our hotel room) I knew our pup would be in wonderful, caring, dog Mom hands. Maria sent me photos and updates and was just absolutely wonderful to deal with … and pup had a great stress free evening in Maria’s hands.. Highest recommendation !
Maria agreed to watch our dogs, came over for a meet and greet a few days before we left town. Agreed to stay over night and hang out with the dogs at our place. At the meet and greet was first time we heard she would be bringing her 1 or 2 year old child over. I told her our dog Kwanjai hadnt been around children and she said the child could stay with her husband if need be. We left at 4am, she came hours later then expected (2 or 3pm), left an hour or so later, because Kwanjai was barking/growling. She came back 5 hours later around 8pm again with the child and sat outside with the kid. Not what we signed up for. Didnt want someone to come for an hour at a time. We paid and agreed upon overnight stay and spending time with our dogs. She did neither. We had to do an emergency search with rover to find a new sitter while we were 5 states away. Our dogs were essentially left alone for 24 hours until we found a friend who was able to come take care of them (not from rover). Not reliable, misled us about when she would be there, and bailed on our first night of vacation, which made for a great trip obviously. Would not recommend.
Maria was a huge help watching Zoey. She went above and beyond what was asked of her and I would definitely recommend her for your pet sitting needs!

Maria did great. If I need a sitter, shes definitely one of my go to. Consistent with pictures and communication. My house was clean and we'll put together.

I build my daily routine around the pets in my care, making time for walks, feeding, play, and check-ins. I prioritize consistency, so each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for every day.

- I like to learn as much as possible about each pet ahead of time, including their routine, feeding schedule, energy level, and any medical needs or medications. I also ask about behavior, triggers, and how they interact with other people or pets. Knowing their likes, dislikes, and comfort level helps me provide safe, personalized care and keep their routine as consistent as possible.
