I’ve always loved animals and have grown up with dogs in my home. For the past 8 years, I’ve also had a cat who has taught me so much about patience, care, and the unique bond we share with our pets. Between my own pets and caring for friends’ cats and dogs, I’ve gained experience with different personalities, ages, and needs. Maria is so caring of our pup! We felt very comfortable knowing that our dog was well taken care of and genuinely cared for. She’s very open with communication which was very appreciated. She’s a great choice when you’re looking for a sitter!
Maria was an excellent Rover! My pup was getting a dental cleaning in Vacaville when I unexpectedly had to go to the ER for a health emergency. Maria was available on short notice (answering my request within minutes) picked Olive up from the vet, took her to a park, and let her hang out at her house for a few hours until a friend of mine could finally bring her home. Maria was kind enough to meet my friend halfway. I don’t normally pick a river without getting to chat first, but in this situation there wasn’t much time and I’m so thankful I took a chance on Maria. The vet and my friend both said she was wonderful. It was relieving to know my dog was in safe hands during my emergency!! Highly recommend!!

Schedule
Pet care is naturally part of my daily life since I’ve always had animals at home. I love starting and ending the day with walks, playtime, or cuddle sessions. Because I currently have a very flexible schedule, I can easily fit in feeding, exercise, and companionship throughout the day, making sure pets feel loved and cared for just like they would with their own family.

In my home or in a client’s home, I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow the routines they’re used to feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or quiet companionship so they feel at ease. I give lots of attention, cuddles, and exercise when needed, and I’m always careful to keep their environment clean, calm, and stress-free. Every pet is unique, and I make sure to adjust to their needs so they feel cared.

A typical day
Depends on the pet. For cats I always try to find games that engage them and spoil them with treats (if allowed). For doggies I love to play and throw the ball around and also spoil them with treats.
