Contentious, animal loving, and trustworthy professional. Love animals to the point of spending about 5 years fostering senior and special needs babies. I am a proud parent to Pepper (tortietude included), Artie (pointer mix), and Benny the Schipperke (this one is a conversation starter, hehe). Would love to help alleviate the stress of not being able to be around your baby, and the stress of them being cooped up at home. I appreciate communication, so I will be more than happy to share some pictures of your babies while you are away. I have trained my own dogs and have the capacity of leading larger breeds. I’m so happy with Pia’s care for my pets! She’s reliable, attentive, and you can tell she truly loves animals. My babies always seem very happy when she’s around. I have a special needs dog that needs meds every day, and Pia handles it like a nurse. She’s super patient and really knows her stuff (plus she sends regular updates and takes great care of my home - making sure everything is safe and in order), which gives me peace of mind while I’m away. We love her.
I have three dogs—Hope, an older Boxer, Luca, and Lucas, who Pia calls Chonk. They don’t usually warm up to strangers easily, especially Lucas since he’s an older, cautious little dog. Pia was patient and calm with all of them. Hope relaxed quickly, Luca followed her around and even asked for ear rubs, and Lucas trusted her enough to let her scratch his behind—something he rarely allows. She clearly has a lot of experience with dogs, especially those who can be reactive or nervous. She handled my dogs with care and respect, never rushing them or pushing boundaries. I feel confident leaving my dogs in her care, knowing they’re safe and comfortable.
