SuperMaria: Furry Friends' Best Pal
Note: Not taking new families at this time. I am only seeing my past regular families. Hey guys! My name is Maria and I absolutely love animals and I am a big kid at heart. I have been with Rover for 2 years and taken care of many dog friends, cats, bunnies, hamsters, and even some fish! I started by caring for my coworker’s pets and have enjoyed it so much. I have experience in drop-ins and house sitting both small and large dogs, energetic, and not so energetic as well, young, and old. I can administer medicine, get lots of walks in, cuddles, and keep your pets happy and feeling loved! I feel confident in my abilities to take care of your beloved fur babies. 😊 I love being outside, baking, yoga, and exploring Austin! As of right now, I am only offering walks, drop-ins, and house sitting. I live in the Easton Park neighborhood! For house sitting, I always try to have your sheets cleaned and bring my own toiletries/towel.

I will follow your lead on what is most comfortable for your pet! I am reliable and super respectful of your space as well as try to leave everything as it was. I am originally from Chicago, but have lived in Austin since I was 12 and love it here! My parents live in Lockhart where we have sheep, parrots, and a sweet doggo named Oso (half German Shepard and Great Pyrenees mix).

As always Maria goes above and beyond for our pup and takes great care of our house. We were in a unique situation utilizing multiple sitters in a row and it was so great that Maria was able to not only care for Ollie but prepare the bed & house for another sitter to take over. Thank you Maria!
Always the best Rover
Maria is simply the best of the best. We are so grateful to have her watch our big pup while we are gone. She always takes such good care of him with exercise & keeping him stimulated. She also leaves the house cleaner than when we left and left us Tulips!! Thank you Maria!
Maria was amazing as always! She takes great care of our pup and always keeps us up to date. Such a relief when we are out of town!
Maria is fantastic as always. A couple of my cats are slow to trust and she is just magic with them, they warm up so quickly! She’s attentive, communicates well and above all, understands my cats.

Schedule
I work at a non-profit organization and currently work remotely from home! Usually from about 10am-6pm, so for house sitting I’d be home with your pet all day. I take breaks throughout the day for all of the walks!
