Home full-time - large fenced yard
An animal lover since birth, I have always been around animals of all types. I currently reside on a peaceful property with 9 horses and one miniature horse. We have 5 barn cats roaming around, but they do not come inside the house or the fenced-in backyard. I have always had a passion for animals, especially man's best friend. I have four dogs currently, two boxers, who stay in the same living area and two 10 pound chihuahuas--it's pretty safe to say they would not hurt a fly. But, if you are worried about it, they are separated from the rest of the house where your dogs would be by a baby gate. I am also an avid outdoors person that strongly promotes dog/puppy play both outdoors and indoors. I love a good game of fetch or tug-o-war, but I enjoy snuggling up for a good Hallmark movie just as much. I love taking pictures of pups too, so you can expect frequent picture updates! Plus, if you have a dog that enjoys water, I have an in-ground pool where they can join me swimming if permitted by the owner.

Maria is absolutely amazing with my dog Stevie! She treats her like her own, giving her so much love, attention, and care. I always feel at ease knowing she’s with her, and Stevie lights up every time she sees her. She’s reliable, thoughtful, and truly the best pet sitter I could ask for!

We are so happy we found Maria to keep Cooper! She is very knowledgeable about all things "dog" so we felt confident that he would receive excellent care-- which he did! She sent pictures and let us know how Cooper was each day. We really appreciated that! It made our trip so much more pleasant knowing that Cooper was content and in very capable hands! We highly recommend Maria!
