Maria was great. Initially she came along to meet us and then popped in just before we left to pick up a key and check final details. She stayed over to look after our big furry maine coon which she did brilliantly. Both the house and cat were in top form when we returned. We will definitely be asking Maria to look after D-Pee again...

Really disappointed with my booking for a multitude of reasons. - My booking is listed as having three cats but when Maria came to collect the keys and met two, the other jumped down from behind and she said 'oh there's three!'. It immediately made me feel unsettled that she hadn't read or expected to look after three cats. -During the key collection I felt like she had absolutely no interest or excitement in meeting them, she didn't even ask which one was which, talk to them, or ask anything about what they like or their needs/medical issues. - Before the holiday I spend extra time clearing two desk spaces for her to work from my house as we had arranged, I gave the WiFi password and said she could use my monitor. It was during the heatwave and my AC hadn't arrived when we first made the arrangements I said IF it didn't come in time she could work across the road from the library since it wouldn't be comfortable temperature indoors. The AC arrived and I installed it and sent her a photo update of this, with heat no longer an issue my original booking should stand of working from home. On the day of the house sitting I received a message at 11 am that it was too hot in my property. If she had followed instructions of putting the AC on timer the night before and then visiting the morning of, the house would've been cool and the AC could've been turned on again for the rest of the day. If you show up very late for a morning visit, of course it would be hot. The cats must've been so hot and hungry. It's also way too close to lunchtime for them to eat again around 12-1 which screws up their whole routine. I wish I didn't waste my time cleaning and preparing the place if it wasn't going to be used. -I didn't hear any updates or receive any pictures for the day, I had to ask if she visited at lunch time because I was nervous they'd just been left. She said she was in a meeting until 12 and would pop back to check temperature and give them lunch. Time passes with no updates again so I have to message at 3pm and find out if she'd been back. This was so stressful and ruined my day away having to worry about the cats and drag info out of her. You shouldn't offer photos and videos if you're not going to give them. - She said she'd be heading back over at 6pm because she had to be somewhere for 7. So the cats were alone again for another 3 hours with no interaction. - At 7:30pm I got an update that they've been fed, it's not all about food I wanted to know they had company and enrichment whilst I was gone. I got the first video of the day that said 'I think they were excited to see me'. Of course they were happy to see you, they'd be happy to see anyone when they've not had the right attention all day. I've tried to apply for a refund but Rover support is non-existent, I would avoid making bookings on this site. xpected Maria to be working from home in my place for the full day but she worked in across the street and came back for drop ins. I didn't receive any photos or videos until the very last time she came in at 6pm.

Maria was great. She took care of my boys for a week and sent me daily photos/videos. She was super nice and will definitely ask for her help again!

Maria looked after my boys while we were on holiday. We got pics/updates while we were away which is very reassuring. She was very responsive and also very understanding with our unpredictable return flight which we really appreciated. The boys were so content when we returned - two very happy boys (and parents 🤣).

Maria looked after my cat Freddie whilst I was away and stayed overnight... Freddie was very happy to have company and she kept me well updated ! I would definitely book Maria again😍

Maria did an amazing job looking after Buffy while we were away! We received regular pictures & videos and Maria was super communicative throughout the whole week. We can't recommend Maria highly enough!
