I currently work from home, so I am super flexible. Occasionally, for required in-person meetings, I'll have to go to the office and come back (typically between 2-4 hours). While I am flexible, my typical routine is to take my dog for a short morning walk, long mid-day walk, and short night walk.

Your dog will enjoy the "run of the house" in my quiet, roommate-free apartment. My care style is hands-on and affectionate. The space is a peaceful with no roommates or loud surprises. My small dog is very mellow and provides calm company for your pet--she is older so she sleeps all day! Because I have my own place and a flexible work schedule, I can offer plenty one-on-one time. I am also big in hugging and playing, and I let dogs on the couch and bed, as I feel they need that! Dogs are social creatures and might feel left out if not. My space is pet-friendly as I have an elder Bichon Frise.

A typical day
My day starts with a greeting for dog and a fresh cup of coffee before we head out for a morning walk. I work from home, so I am at my desk throughout the day, which allows me to take frequent breaks to give the dogs plenty of love and attention whenever they need it. After work, we head to The One or Van Vorst Dog Park for some social exercise. We wrap up the evening with cozy cuddles on the couch and a final potty break between 9/10 PM before bedtime.

Hi, I’m Vicky! I’ve spent years caring for my own pets and other's, and I’m so excited to now bring that experience to Rover. I truly believe dogs are family, and in my home, they are treated that way. I live in a spacious apartment with no roommates, meaning your pup will have my full attention and plenty of room to roam around. I have one small, very chill dog who loves making new friends but mostly spends the day sleeping. If your dog loves affection, they’ve come to the right place: I’m big on cuddles, playtime, and making sure everyone feels completely at home!

Vicky was so great with my dog Kona! She sent me lots of pictures and was so easy to coordinate with. Kona is a little shy but warmed up to Vicky right away. She got great walks, played with toys, and was in good company.

Maria was wonderful with our dog, Lace! She clearly loves dogs and knows how to care for them. Lace was in great hands the whole time, and we loved the regular updates and photos throughout the stay.
