If you anticipate being late, I ask that you notify me well in advance—not at the scheduled appointment time. A message sent at the scheduled pick-up time informing me that you will be late is not considered advance notice. I schedule my day around each booking, and late arrivals or pick-ups affect both my time and the care of other pets. Maria was great with Mister, she kept me updated with pics and information even though we didn’t have service on the cruise ship but once service was restored all the updates popped up which was great to see he was doing good I was a little late picking up Mister cause of traffic jam on the way home but she assured me it was ok I would definitely trust her expertise with my pup again
Great experience, lovely family environment that has the entire household involved in the care of your dog. Very communicative and provided ample updates throughout the stay, including pictures! Vader was a very happy dog when picked up.

We had to modify our drop off and pick up a couple of times on the same day and Maria was able to accommodate and was very flexible and understanding. She takes amazing care of our dog and sends a lot of updates and pictures throughout the day and I can tell that our dog gets a lot of social and outside time. I never had issues with Maria and we have booked her plenty of times. Also her availability is amazing! Our dog always comes home very happy, healthy and very well taken care of ❤️ thanks so much Maria!

I work from home as an architectural designer, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for pets throughout the day. I truly love being around animals — they bring me joy, peace, and great companionship. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or quiet cuddles, I’m always happy to include them in my daily routine. 🩷

I care for pets in my own home, where they’ll enjoy a spacious, clean, and calm environment. I have a large house with a yard that’s perfect for playtime and potty breaks, and I’m also just a short walk from a nearby park — so exercise and outdoor fun are always part of the routine. Pets in my care get lots of love, attention, and a safe space to relax. I follow any specific instructions from pet parents to make sure each pet feels comfortable, secure, and happy during their stay.💖
A typical day
🐶 For dogs: • 🎾 Playtime in the yard • 🐕 Walks around the neighborhood or to the nearby park (only with owner’s permission) • 🧸 Interactive toys and games • 💤 Cozy nap time and indoor cuddles 🐱 For cats: • 🧶 Play sessions with toys and feathers • 🛏️ Quiet time in cozy spots • 🐱 Lots of love and attention — only if they want it, of course! ✅ Safety is always my top priority. I follow the pet parent’s instructions carefully and make sure every activity is supervised and safe.
