Loving and patient dog care
I have experience with anxious dogs, especially puppy mill dogs. I adopted a puppy mill dog over a year ago and helped her overcome anxiety and fear related to people, new places, handling, grooming, leash walking, loud noises, etc. I also have experience with dog socialization and basic dog training in addition to basic dog care like feeding, bathing, grooming, administration of medication, etc. I’d be very patient, caring and understanding of your dog’s needs and will provide the best care possible.

Maria arrived as requested, took Fletcher out for a walk that met his abilities ( he’s 12 and has challenges) and refreshed his water. Appreciate the peace of mind having someone reliable to check in on him while we are away. Thanks Maria!
We booked Mila for a weekend daycare stay with Maria, and she had a great time! Maria kept her engaged with puzzles, treats, and walks during her stay. Mila would come home happy and tired, and she was also very excited to see Maria again the next morning. We would definitely book Maria again for any future dogsitting needs!

Maria is a wonderful dog walker who understands how to keep furbabies safe by avoiding strangers and other dogs. She helped me timid dog Ava get comfortable with her. Ava won't let just anyone walk her, she stops midway through her walk. Maria was able to pull through and get her walking with no problems and I'm seeing that Ava is super comfortable with her now. Maria also understands the importance of cleaning Ava when we get home so that she can freely hang around on the furniture without any issues. Maria is respectful, kind, and amazing listener and I love having her walk Ava! Thank you so much Maria 🩷

Schedule
I work remotely from my home and able to take care of your dog all day in my home, and overnight if needed. I am also able to walk your dog in the morning, during the day and evenings. I am available on weekends as well.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard for potty breaks and playtime, separate space to board your dog and crate/playpen if needed during the day or at night. My friendly pup will keep company to your dog and will be a playful companion.I will be happy to provide enrichment opportunities with puzzles, toys, kongs, games, etc.

A typical day
I would love to stimulate your dog physically and mentally. We will go for a few walks, smell different scents, play in the park. At home, we will follow your regular routine as much as possible. We will play with toys, indoor games and puzzles, As rest is a very important part of the day, I’ll make sure that naps are factored in to avoid overstimulation. At night we will wind down with some soothing music, back scratches to belly rubs before heading to bed.
