Caring and attentive, I’ve had animals all my life. Growing up in a large family, we had animals of all types from pigs, goats, chickens, cats, and dogs..of course. I moved to Charleston recently with my 12 yr old golden doodle, and as a mother of 3 grown boys I miss the constant activity in my life. I’m out daily walking my active dog and she’s gentle and easy on the leash and gets along with all dogs and people alike.

Our puppy LOVES his time with Maria and Daisy and was a little bit bummed to have to go home at the end of his stay! He can sometimes require a little extra care when he has digestive troubles but Maria took care to follow steps needed to get him back on course and it was nice not having to worry about him from afar. We look forward to future visits!
Maria and Daisy took excellent care of our pup for the day. He arrived home happy and completely worn out. Hoping to be invited back!
Maria is truly the best dog sitter I’ve ever had!! When I’m out of town, I don’t worry one bit about Nelson. I know he’s going to exercised, safe, and loved! This is why I continue to go back to Maria!
Maria and Daisy are great…MacKenzie loves to go there and I leave a happy dog with wagging tail…she is very content when I pick her up and I never worry about her when she is with Maria. Can’t ask for more than that!

Schedule
I’m working part time at the moment with some flexibility to my days and most weekends with notice. I usually walk my dog early mornings and long afternoon trail walks.

My apartment allows for 2 dogs and is a comfortable environment where they thrive with a mini dog park and adjoining trails surrounding my neighborhood.
Pets
A typical day
Walks along the never ending trails surrounding my apartment complex, over the creeks and through the woods. A favorite area near the water dipping paws in or dunking if inclined. I love exploring different beaches especially when leash can be removed . A long stretch of yard perfect for fetching the ball from the chuck stick is a routine if a long walk does not fit into the schedule.
