I've been looking after dogs and cats since freshman year of high school, and I can't help but fall in love with each and every one of them! They're such a joy to be around and make my day so much brighter. I recently moved to Arlington and live in an apartment with my partner, so there's always someone around to give your pet company and attention. I love walking around the neighborhood and there's plenty to explore right outside our door. We also have a balcony where your furry friend can soak up some fresh air and sunshine. I'm also extremely organized when it comes to feeding schedules, and I'm comfortable administering medication if needed. I also have experience fostering sick cats, so you can trust that your pet will be in good hands.

Maria was fantastic, after she left I almost thought my fur baby, Prince, wanted to go home with her haha! No complaints at all, she is a wonderful family friend and was very good at being punctual with correspondence and what not. Wouldn’t prefer anybody else to watch my boy!

II work a 9–5 on weekdays, so I'm out during the day, but I make the most of my mornings and evenings with a good walk, feeding, and playtime before and after work. Weekends are wide open, so I'm home all day and can give your pet my full attention. I'm consistent with feeding and walk times so your pet always knows what to expect.

I keep a consistent routine of feeding, walks, and play, and I stick closely to whatever schedule and instructions you already have in place so your pet feels at home. On weekdays I take care of your pet before and after work and make sure they're set up comfortably while I'm out, and on weekends I'm around all day. I'm comfortable administering medication and keeping an eye out for anything unusual, and I always make sure fresh water and a comfortable space are available. In your home, I'll respect your space and follow your house rules; in mine, your pet has a cozy apartment, a balcony for fresh air, and plenty of neighborhood to explore on walks.
A typical day
Lots of walks! I love exploring the neighborhood and finding new routes to keep things interesting. Beyond that, I'm happy to do whatever your pet enjoys most, whether that's fetch, tug, puzzle toys, or just relaxing together on the balcony. I like to match my energy to theirs, so playful pups get plenty of activity and mellow ones get all the calm companionship they want.
