From the moment I met Maria, I knew she would be excellent to care for our Luna. Luna gravitated to her right away. Maria is super kind, patient, and was always on time when walking our girl. We’re so thankful for her. She gave us the peace of mind we need while away on our trip. Thank you Maria for the joy your bring daily.

Maria did not follow the simplest instructions and canceled my booking without any prior notice. I had booked her for a total of 2 30 min visits to feed my rabbit once a day for two days. She had said she would arrive at 8am, and instead arrived 20 min earlier than our agreed upon time, and when I saw a missed call from my security gate, and called her back after 2 min, she said she wasn't going to feed my rabbit and would come back in the afternoon. I told her he needed to be fed that morning and she got upset, and was extremely rude. She ended up feeding him but did not follow the simple instructions I left her (where to place the food bowl in the hutch and placing treats in the forage mat). The next day she canceled the booking without any notice. Rover was very helpful with this matter and refunded me for the cancelation, which is greatly appreciated, and thankfully everything was in writing so there was no question as to whether Maria was rude, her lack of punctuality and lack of integrity and lack work ethic.
