I grew up in a house that always had paws pitter-pattering around and honestly, I really miss that energy! Since I don’t have a pet of my own right now, I’ve been helping out friends and neighbors with their dogs instead. I know I’m not 'mom' or 'dad,' but I’m more than happy to be the fun aunt who steps in while you’re away. Whether your dog needs a solid walk around the block or just some belly rubs on the rug, I’m just happy to have some furry company again. I’m very respectful of your dog's space and their bond with you - I just want to make sure they feel safe and comfortable until you’re back through the door

Maria looked after my dog, Bernie, with great care. She gave me regular updates and was really easy to communicate with and very friendly. I forgot a few things and she was ready to improvise immediately. I will definitely let Bernie stay at Maria’s again and would recommend her to anyone else looking for a reliable, loving and friendly dog sitter.
Poppy was very happy with Maria. She was clearly taken on some good walks and generally looked after well :)
Ruby enjoyed her stay with Maria. Maria was responsible walked Ruby regularly. Maria obviously likes dogs and was easygoing with my bouncy adolescent dog.

Schedule
I work from home full-time, which means I am physically present all day. Your pet won't be left alone and can hang out in my workspace with me! Because my schedule is flexible, I can easily arrange my breaks around your pet's specific feeding and potty routine to give them my full attention and energy.

I grew up with cats in Cyprus and have a dog of my own back home, so I’m very comfortable managing different personalities. I’m very respectful of your pet’s space and their bond with you. My goal is to make them feel safe and 'at home' - whether that means a long walk, a warm bath, or just a quiet nap nearby while I work. I treat every guest like family. I have a secure balcony where I love to work when the weather is nice. It’s a great spot for pets to get some fresh air and 'people watch' while staying right by my side. I always keep a close eye on them to ensure they are safe while enjoying the outdoor breeze!
A typical day
Since I WFH, a typical day involves your pet lounging nearby while I work, punctuated by plenty of play breaks and walks! For dogs, we’ll head out for fresh air and sniff-breaks. For cats, I’ll make sure they have their favorite sunny spot and some dedicated play or chin-scratch time. I love their company and will send you plenty of photo updates of our 'coworking' adventures! During the day, your pet can hang out with me while I work—either curled up by my desk or lounging on the balcony for some fresh air and sunshine. It’s the perfect spot for a mid-day nap!
