Your pets are in good hands :) I’ve attended veterinary and animal centered camps since I was a kid, worked in dog boarding, and have my own dog and cat, and watch friend/family pets. Additionally, I’ve grown up with access to a farm where I’d help my grandpa with kittens!

Maria was excellent!
Maria is clearly a dog person: my dog took to her immediately and was reluctant to leave after the meet and greet! My dog got lots of love and walks while I was out of town. Maria and her friends gave her lots of attention, and her cat and my dog got along by mostly minding their own business. I received plenty of pictures, including a couple of my dog cuddled up in a blanket on the bed.
My experience with Maria was excellent. She took great care of my cat while I was out of town for 4 days. She showed genuine interest in understanding my cat’s schedule, needs, and likes. She was communicative and caring throughout the whole process. This was my first time using Rover, it was a positive and trusting experience thanks to Maria!
We were on a trip out of country and Maria looked after our 3 dogs and 2 guinea pigs. We had some last-minute unexpected changes that Maria quickly adjusted to. We have a neighbor who does not like dogs which requires some extra attention when the dogs are roaming outside. We did not receive any negative calls! It was a 2 week trip and when we returned, our dogs did not seem stressed. The house was as we left it and the animals all content!
Mariah was professional and kind. She took great care of our dogs in our home while we were out of town. We will definitely book Mariah again for future trips!
Maria did a great job with my pup! She was kind and communicated with me whenever she was with her. I got lots of photos that made it clear my girl was happy, having a good time, and feeling safe. So appreciate Maria’s help!

In terms of care taken place at my home, I own a cat as well as a fenced in yard with lots of running space! I love to stay active so if your pup is high energy, I’d be happy to take them on a hike, bike ride, or run with me. If they’re more low energy, we’ll enjoy the sun in my backyard or find a tree to hammock and rest by. I start my days pretty early in the morning, so rest assured that your pet will have a very full day with me :) I own crates for both dogs and cats so if that’s necessary or part of some training, it’s an option :)
Pets
A typical day
I pay extra attention and care to making sure that your pet is actively engaged and happy! Our walks include mandatory sniff spots, grassy areas, parks (dog park if friendly) and hiking trails, and visits to ponds on hot days. A typical day with me means spending the majority of the day outside in my backyard where our dogs will have endless fun running around a fenced-in area with lots of trees, nature, and relaxation. A location my dog and I frequent is Arbor Lake as well as the Jacob Krumm Nature Preserve :)
