I have been caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, and small rodents of my own and others for most of my life! I’m currently mom to a Great Dane rescue named Paloma and a rabbit rescue named Pluto. My partner and I have done extensive training with Paloma over the last two years to remove all dog reactivity and allow her to be off-leash trained. I also have experience with elderly animals receiving hospice care as they head over the rainbow bridge.

Maria has been our dogsitter for five or more years now and we are so grateful to have her! She is a great communicator and gives our goldendoodle so much care and attention. She clealry loves all animals! She has watched our dog in our home and is a great guest in our home, too. She so easy to work with and we are always confident our dog will be in since great hands. I cannot recommend her enough!

Schedule
I currently work as a part time structural engineer technician from home so I have lots of flexibility in my schedule to look after your little buds. My partner, Grant, is a structural engineer who also works from home. We both grew up surrounded by animals and wouldn’t have it any other way!

I strongly believe that a tired dog is a happy dog! Long walks are a must for our pups to receive the attention and exercise they need and I truly believe nature is as healing to our furry family as it is to us.

A typical day
We live within walking distance of Shady Oak Lake so most evenings include a walk to and around the lake! We also love playing fetch in the yard and making peanut butter KONGs as an extra little treat for our furry friends.
