I'm flexible and upfront with people. I do have a son, so obviously school hours are to be considered; even so, if all information is provided, I can work around my sons's schedule. It is my goal to try and make everything as easy as possible for pet owners.

I follow the owners instructions down to a T. I do prefer if, in case of an emergency, that there is a card on file and instructions provided. Unless an absolute emergency, I always inform the owners first and then the vet if I get no response within a specific time frame. But in all, I'm extremely aware of surroundings and an animal's behavior.

Please let me know if your furry friend has special instructions, such as medicines, aggressive tendencies towards other animals, people, or children, etc. I would also benefit from knowing the pet's favorite treats (if applicable) and the commands that the animal knows and will respond to. What makes each pet happy, and what frightens them are also very helpful.
A typical day
I love allowing animals to burn off some energy with either walks, playing fetch, treat puzzles (if allowed), etc. I love the snuggles and cuddles. I love nature and exploring the pets interest and letting them show me what makes them happy.

Pet care experience
I am extremely patient with dogs, I talk to them as if they are human beings (because why not? They understand us completely!). I do believe having a dog keeps a human being active and also helps significantly with mental health. Furry friends are better than human friends. I do prefer in-house sitting, but am open to drop-in visits.

Maria was great, she was communicative and sent pictures and updates about our dog daily. Our pup is a little nervous and she took to Maria right away so we felt very comfortable leaving her with Maria for our multi day trip. Maria also house sat for us and the house looked great when we returned. We will definitely contact Maria again if we need a pet/house sitter in the future!

Maria took very well care of our senior cat during our trip. She is very responsible, she replies immediately to our communications, and she seemed to have really bonded with our cat. Furthermore, she was able to address every little unexpected situation that our senior cat showed, such as an asthma episode. We would definitely consider to ask her to pet sit again for a next time.
