I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time for your pups! I'm available to stop in for shorter visits with your pet after 6 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. From Thursdays at 6:30 pm until Mondays at noon, I am available for all other services.

I make sure your home stays clean and secure, and I treat your space with the same respect I’d want for my own. For cats and other home-based pets, I provide gentle companionship, keep their space tidy (litter boxes, food areas, etc.), and pay close attention to their behavior for any signs of stress or changes in health. I’ll gladly send updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment is at the heart of the care I provide—because your pets deserve to feel at home, even when you’re not.

A typical day
During my drop-in visits or stays, I make sure your pet gets not only the care they need, but also attention, enrichment, and companionship. For cats, I offer interactive play, brushing, enrichment activities, or simply quiet company if they’re more reserved. I also care for small animals and exotics, providing clean habitats, fresh food, and gentle handling when appropriate. Every visit is tailored to your pet’s needs to keep them happy, safe, and relaxed while you're away.

Hi! I’m Maria, a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, and everything in between. I’ve been around animals my entire life, and I truly can’t imagine life without them. I currently have two sweet (and sometimes chaotic) cats who are the absolute lights of my life—I’d do anything for them, and I’ll treat your pets with the same level of care, love, and respect. Over the years, I’ve provided pet sitting and dog walking for friends, neighbors, and clients, making sure their pets stayed safe, happy, and comfortable—whether at home or out for an adventure. I’m experienced with all sorts of personalities, from playful puppies and curious kittens to senior pets and shy critters who need a little extra patience. Maria was an excellent house sitter! She spend quality time with our two cats, making sure both our older cat and kitten felt loved and comfortable. We were especially impressed that she got the two of them to get along so well! Her communication is great, constantly providing updates and photos which gave us peace of mind while away from home.
Maria did a great job walking our dog and spending time with her while nannying for our toddler. She always made sure to offer Milla love and cuddles first thing when she came in the door and regularly walked her through the neighborhood even though Milla can be quite anxious and needs a lot of redirection while walking. Maria is loving, has soothing energy, and is incredibly trustworthy with your space and certainly with your most loved (and furry) family members.
