I'll care for your pet as if my own
Growing up, my family has always had pets. We've always had rescue dogs, a cat, birds, turtles and hamsters, so I've been around pets and in particular I've been caring for dogs since the tender age of 2! 🤩 I have a 4 year old Beagle & Formosan Mountain Dog mix, rescued from Taiwan during the pandemic, and also volunteered at a local canine rescue - Family Dog Rescue on Shafter Avenue in San Francisco for a year so I am comfortable handling breeds of different temperaments and sizes.

Maria was absolutely awesome. We had a last minute emergency situation with another Rover and Maria took such good care of our dog despite multiple complications from the other stay. We couldn't recommend her enough and are extremely grateful for her care of our golden retriever, Gus. Thank you so much, Maria!
Maria saved the day while I was in Mexico and took my dog Buckie in last minute. Maria sent pictures daily, showing my dog happier than ever. Highly recommend you let María take care of your pets while you’re away.
Maria was great… we have a 6 month old puppy who is pretty rambunctious. She took he and our older dog to the park and it looks like they had a great time. Excellent communication and very accommodating.

Benny had so much fun at Maria’s that he didn’t want to leave! Had to carry him to the car when we picked him up hahah. She sent us photos and updates often, which I appreciated! We’re so glad to know Maria and Arlow now for when we need someone to watch our pup. I know Benny can’t wait til his next vacation with them!
We love having Maria sit our pup, we originally booked the wrong dates but she was super flexible and saved us a logistical headache which we really appreciate. We always know Cashew is in good hands with her.

Schedule
I'm currently unemployed, laid off from a tech job in the last year, so my focus and outlet now is taking care of pets! My schedule is flexible, which allows me to provide a lot of attention and care for your pet. My home and spacious yard will provide your fur baby enough space to play and explore in.

I have a spacious fenced in yard for your fur baby to explore, whether rolling around on the turf or sunbathing on the deck. A sealable doggy door allows your pet the freedom to go in and out when they need to. I also work with crate trained and non-crated trained pups.

A typical day
A typical day starts off with a late morning walk in the Glen Park/Mission Terrace neighborhood, followed by leisure time in the yard where my dog Arlow sniffs and explores, and naps on the patio. After lunchtime, we go for a second walk in the neighborhood or visit the local dog park at Walter Haas or Saint Mary's.
