Hi, there, lovely cat parents! I am Maria Eirini, and I would be happy to offer cat-licious care for your beloved felines. I am originally from Greece and have lived in Amsterdam for many years now. I also speak Dutch if that helps. I have worked in hospitality all my life but for several years now, I have decided to have a turn in my career and find a new footing. I thought that becoming a cat sitter would fill my hours so pleasantly next to my favorite animals and help me make a new start. Back home, I was always in love with all the stray cats. I have looked after many generations of them. Cats are my life. Now I also work as a volunteer at the animal shelter Amsterdam (doa) at the cat's department and have worked at the special Poesenboot (catboat)! I have completed many studies on animal well-being and feline behavior, health, and first aid. I have obtained my cat expert care certification from KGA and my Fear Free for pet sitters certification amonst many other certifications and diplomas on feline care, behaviour, and welfare. I am a certified professional cat sitter and a member of Pet Sitters International (PSI) I would be happy if you would entrust me with your lovely pet(s) and I get to meet you in person. I provide all my care directly in the cats' own home to minimize stress and anxiety. By staying in a familiar environment, your cats can stick to their usual territory and smells, which prevents the distress often caused by travel or unfamiliar boarding facilities.

Maria was really nice and sweet with Enzo. She gave me some really good advice about how feeding habbits and how to increase his hydration. Enzo Warner out to her very fast and I have the best pictures of him from the visits. Strong recommend Maria for your cat’a well being and for your peace of mind. 😊
We were really happy to meet Maria to take care of our shy cat, while we were on vacation. She showed a very deep interest in all the aspects of our cat's life and habits, great expertise in cats and made it all for our cat to be well cared, while we were out. Maria Eirini is an excellent pet sitter. She took great care of our boys. They are very shy cats. We were lucky that she is an expert and she is very patient, tried every trick and toys and took her time with them. Especially when it was very hard to medicate Jesse, she went above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you so much, you are the best ❤️
Maria was great with our baby. I had to travel last minute and Maria was there to help. When I returned Eve (the Cat) was content and happy, she even had a new toy to play with. Thanks Maria
Maria has been cat-sitter for my boys [Luci & Sasha] twice already. I'm always concerned about leaving them alone, Luci always seems miserable. But Maria knows what she is doing, cats trust her instantly, they are comfortable and happy. I appreciate Maria's flexibility, attention to details and great communication. Highly recommended!
