EN: I honestly love dogs more than anything in the world, and I’ll treat your dog as if they were my own. I grew up surrounded by dogs in Brazil, but since moving to Germany, I haven’t been able to have one of my own. I joined Rover because spending time with dogs genuinely makes me happy, and I have so much love and attention to give them. What sets me apart is that I won’t simply feed and walk your dog, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved and entertained while you’re away. I love going on walks, playing, giving cuddles and adapting to each dog’s personality and routine. I’m also passionate about photography, so I’ll send you plenty of lovely updates (and your dog might even get their own little photoshoot!) I promise to treat them like family and do everything I can to make sure they have the best time with me. Ich bin in Brasilien mit Hunden aufgewachsen, aber seit meinem Umzug nach Deutschland kann ich leider keinen eigenen Hund halten. Deshalb bin ich bei Rover: Zeit mit Hunden zu verbringen macht mich wirklich glücklich, und ich habe sehr viel Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit zu geben. Was mich besonders macht, ist, dass ich mich nicht nur ums Füttern und Gassigehen kümmere. Mir ist genauso wichtig, dass dein Hund sich während deiner Abwesenheit sicher, geliebt und gut beschäftigt fühlt. Ich liebe Spaziergänge, gemeinsames Spielen und Kuscheln und passe mich immer an den Charakter und die gewohnte Routine deines Hundes an. Außerdem fotografiere ich sehr gerne, deshalb kannst du dich auf viele schöne Updates freuen – vielleicht bekommt dein Hund sogar sein eigenes kleines Fotoshooting! Ich verspreche, deinen Hund wie ein Familienmitglied zu behandeln und alles dafür zu tun, dass er eine wunderschöne Zeit mit mir hat.

Whether I’m caring for a dog in my home or in their own space, my goal is always to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine like feeding schedule, favorite toys, walking needs, and any special care they require. If I’m in their home, I respect the space, keep things tidy, and follow any instructions carefully. I also make sure to give regular updates with photos, so you can feel at ease while you’re away. I treat every dog like a friend, with kindness, patience, and lots of belly rubs (if they like them)!
Ratings and reviews
Maria is the best sitter we have had for our dog, Dubi! She loved him like she was her own and sent lots of updates, and even had a little photoshoot. I can’t recommend Maria enough for short or long stays. Without a doubt we would ask her to sit Dubi again. :)

Schedule
During the week, I work until 4:30 p.m., so I plan pet care carefully around my schedule. Before leaving in the morning, I make sure your dog gets a good walk, food and plenty of attention. As soon as I return home, they become my priority, we’ll enjoy a long walk or plenty of outdoor time, followed by playtime and cuddles at home. Weekday stays are therefore best suited to dogs who are comfortable being alone while I’m at work. On weekends, public holidays and my days off, I can give your dog 100% of my attention and plan my day around their routine and needs.

- It’s really helpful for me to know your dog’s routine, energy level, and any special needs ahead of time, like health issues, medications, or if they’re nervous around strangers or other dogs. I’d also love to know what they enjoy: favorite toys, how they like to walk (fast? slow? sniff every tree?), and any little habits or quirks. The more I know, the better I can make your pet feel happy and safe while you’re away!
