Maria has a deep care for all creatures. From farm animals to household pets, Maria is not only responsible and consistent, but compassionate to those in her care. She has had experience not only with her family’s pets, but was also commissioned to train and walk dogs for local farmers, among the care she consistently maintained for the livestock, horses, and even barn cats. Punctuality and performance are a natural gift of Maria’s, and her professionalism has brought her more and more opportunities to be with the animals she loves. She maintains an active lifestyle which, in turn, benefits the dogs under her care. Maria has nurtured all types of dogs, from the smallest indoor Malteses to the largest, most exuberant hunting Retrievers, all with patience, integrity, and love.
Maria has had a lifetime of dog experience. Whether they are small or large pets, Maria knows how to cater to each dog’s needs. Being an active person herself, she will never shy away from taking dogs on walks, playing outside, or any activity to get your pets up and moving. She’s great at communicating and is very flexible with schedules!
I’m Maria’s brother and we have two dogs at my parents house. Maria would always be wondering if our dogs have water outside. She will take them on walks daily even if it was freezing outside. She as well thinks about what kinds of bones they chew on so they don’t get sick if they eat them. From my experience of seeing Maria work with dogs I believe she would be a great pet caregiver.

I am extremely comfortable with dogs! If the owners have a request for me, I will absolutely make sure that it happens! I am incredibly patient with all animals.
A typical day
I love to be active with dogs whether that be with a walk, playing fetch, or exploring a new area. I always feel better after being outside so I love encouraging being active and outside with my animals as well!
