I currently work four days a week (Tuesday -Friday) with plenty of time in the mornings and evenings to walk, play, and spend time with your dogs.

I can take your dog on a short or long walk around the neighborhood, always on a leash. If there is no fenced area to take your dog out I can take them out on a leash or if it’s fenced I always still like to stand outside with them or watch just to be safe.

Before sitting your pet, I would like to know of any medical conditions, anxieties, aggressiveness that your pet may have. I would also like to know of any special needs and/or care.
A typical day
I like being active anyway, so I would love to take your dog on a walk or a hike. If your dog likes to play with other dogs at the dog park I am willing do to that as long as your dog is ok around other dogs and is also up to date on their vaccinations. I can play fetch or throw a frisbee outside. I am also always here for relaxing and all the cuddles.

Pet care experience
I’ve been a cat and a German Shepherd owner. I love animals and people. I love working and have a great work ethic. I have worked in the service/retail industry for 8+ years. Always working to please and make people happy. When I’m not at work I love being active/exercising and being outdoors. You will also catch me at a coffee shop most likely reading my Bible. I love hanging out with my friends and family and doing activities around the community. I am a self starter and I take initiative. I am very organized and punctual. I am trustworthy and honest. I am reliable and easy to get a hold of. I am caring and responsible. But most importantly I love animals, they make my soul happy.

Late on leaving this review! This was my first time using Rover and I am SO LUCKY I ran across Maria! She was amazing! I had apprehensions at the beginning with using Rover, but, I needed to find someone to stay at my place and watch my 14yr old Cockapoo Rosie for 12 days(Feb 2022). From the first time I met Maria I knew in my heart she was trusting, caring and professional. She took such good care of Rosie, kept me up to date with pics and messages. Took the anxiety out of being away knowing that Rosie was in good hands! Thank you Maria!!!!
