Hi, I’m Mai! I’m a Registered Nurse Degree Apprentice and lifelong animal lover. I’ve cared for pets belonging to family, friends and neighbours over the years and understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, happy and well looked after. I’m calm, reliable and attentive to detail, and I’m comfortable following specific feeding, medication and exercise routines. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime or simply some company and cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I understand that every pet is different and I’m happy to tailor care to their individual needs.

Maria was absolutely lovely! Bella really loved staying at her place as Maria has other lovely dogs she looks after too. Bella had a great time and Maria has informed us of everythings thats happening with our little fluff ball all throughout her stay at Maria’s. I’d 100% recommend ‘Maria and would use her services again in the near future.
María and her wonderful family have taken such good care of our little sausage, photos and updates throughout the days that we were away offered such reassurance, she was flexible with timings around pick up and drop off, honestly I couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter, I highly recommend her and her lovely partner and their wonderful children to take care of your beloved dog x
Marie was helpful, flexible and responsive to messages. My dog settled well and when I picked her up was relaxed and happy. Photos sent during the week showed my dog enjoying the outdoors and settled with Marie and her family. I am confident my dog was well cared for and loved during her stay.
Mai looked after my cat while I was away and I couldn’t have asked for better care. She kept me updated with photos and messages, and it was clear my cat felt comfortable and relaxed with her. Mai is reliable, caring and genuinely loves animals. I would happily trust her to look after my cat again.
Mai looked after my kitten and was confident administering medication, which was a huge relief for me. She followed all instructions carefully and kept me updated throughout. It was clear she genuinely cared about my cat’s wellbeing and treated him as if he were her own. I felt completely reassured knowing he was in such safe and capable hands.

Schedule
I am currently studying for a nursing degree and spend a significant amount of time studying from home, which gives me flexibility to provide pet care throughout the day. Alongside my studies, I work within the NHS, so I understand the importance of reliability, responsibility and good communication. I am available for pet visits before and after placement shifts, on weekends and during study days, and I am happy to work with owners to find a routine that suits their pet’s individual needs.

As a healthcare professional and lifelong animal lover, I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, happy and well cared for while you’re away. I always follow owners’ instructions carefully, including feeding routines, medication schedules and any special requirements. I am DBS checked through my NHS role and am comfortable administering medication if needed. I have a secure fenced garden where dogs can safely spend time outdoors, and I live right next to Stoke Park in Bristol, which offers plenty of open green space for walks, play and exploring. Whether your dog enjoys long walks and games or your cat prefers a quieter routine, I will make sure they feel comfortable, safe and cared for. I treat every pet as if they were my own and provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind, so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands.
