I am so completely devastated ! You trust this app to find you proper care for your dogs but instead of coming back relaxed to well taken care of dogs your dogs are smelling like shit ! I left Her proper rules for my dogs that include NOT BEING AROUND ANY OTHER DOG EXCEPT FOR MY OTHER DOG, for him to be fed at hours provided !!! My dogs crate is filled with SHIT AN PEE ? Which means to me my dogs were not cared for at all !!! I’m so sad and devastated right now ! They have cry marks on their faces that are so wet still ! Let me not get into the fact I HAVENT SEEN THIS WOMANS FACE. My fiance dropped the dogs off an it was her husband there a picked them up an it was him again an it’s MIDDAY the minute my dogs came out they peed so much ! I’m disappointed i will NEVER EVER TRUST Them again nor rover ! I left Her a tip even thinking she cared so well for my dogs

We couldn't be happier with the care our dog received! From the very beginning, it was clear that our dog was in loving, capable hands. We received regular updates, photos, and messages that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Our dog came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for, which says everything about the attention and affection they received. It's obvious that they genuinely love animals and treat every pet like family. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and compassionate dog sitter. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Muy agradecida con María y su esposo por el cuidado de Otto! Desde que hice la solicitud hasta recogerlo, la comunicación fue perfecta con ellos. El cuidado excepcional. Fueron muy amables, me mantuvieron siempre al tanto, compartieron fotos y videos conmigo diariamente. Volveré a utilizar este servicio con ellos si lo necesito nuevamente y se los recomiendo un 100%.. dejarán a su mascota… en muy buenas manos!

I just recently had Maria & Matthew take care of my little picky Daisy, they were so loving and constantly send me pictures of her playing, lounging around their home and eating which i was very worried about and this made me very happy that she was being taking care of, i recommend them on taking care of your special family member.

Thanks again for a wonderful first time experience! Both Maria and her husband were amazing with my Cody! Sent lots of great pictures throughout his stay and kept me updated on how he was doing, which really help put my mind at ease as it was my first time leaving him with anyone other than a family member. I finally found a home-away-from-home for my Cody and can now get away in peace, knowing he is safe and super happy! Already looking forward to the next one - thanks again to both!
