Hello, I’m Carolina – the heart behind Fluffy Paws 🐾 I’ve had a lifelong love for animals, growing up in a farm-like environment surrounded by both cats and dogs. Caring for multiple pets from an early age taught me how to understand different personalities, behaviours, and needs. Today, I share my home with my three beloved cats – Khalida, Melody, and Blossom – who inspired me to deepen my knowledge in feline behaviour, nutrition, and care. Through my experience as a cat owner, including raising a Ragdoll, I’ve developed a strong understanding of both long-haired and short-haired breeds, as well as cats with a wide range of temperaments. With Fluffy Paws, I now extend that same level of love and attention to both cats and dogs. Whether your pet is playful, shy, energetic, or independent, I provide patient, personalised care tailored to their unique personality. My goal is simple: to make your pets feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away – just as if they were my own.

I care for every pet with love, patience, and understanding, always adapting my visits to suit their individual needs and routines. During each visit, I ensure pets are comfortable and well looked after by providing fresh food and water, cleaning bowls, and maintaining a clean environment. Depending on your pet’s personality, I offer playtime, grooming, or simply calm companionship so they feel safe and relaxed. I also prioritise clear communication and trust. After every visit, I provide a detailed update including anything relevant about your pet’s wellbeing, along with photos and videos for your peace of mind.

Carolina is incredibly reliable and helped us take great care of our two cats during this long holiday. We were quite worried because of the heatwave, but she cooperated with us and tried many ways to help the cats. She's a truly dedicated pet sitter, and I'm very grateful to her. I'll definitely book her again next time.
Carolina is an absolute life-saver!! We were delayed by a day arriving into the UK but our pets were already dropped off and needed to be checked on. Carolina immediately replied to my request and was available on short notice. She walked my dog, fed both babies, gave them water, cleaned out our cat's crate as she had peed from her long travel and just truly went above and beyond anything I could've asked for! She went on to do a few more dropins giving us peace of mind during our stressful travel! I will gladly book her in the future and would highly recommend her services to anyone in need! She is the best!!
Carolina was an excellent catsitter - very communicative and enthusiastic. We had a worry-free holiday and came home to very happy cats.

Schedule
Pet care fits around my full-time work schedule, with availability for visits in the early mornings (5am–7am) and from 4pm onwards. As a dedicated pet owner to my three cats, I also prioritise time for their care and wellbeing. For this reason, I limit the number of daily bookings to ensure every pet I look after receives the attention, time, and quality care they deserve.
