Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I've owned pets (mostly dogs) throughout my life and have experience with pets of different ages, sizes, and personalities. I currently help care for my sister's cats when she travels, and I understand how important it is for pet parents to know their animals are safe, comfortable, and loved while they're away. I'm dependable, patient, and attentive to routines. Whether it's feeding, walks, playtime, medications, or simply providing companionship, I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel secure and cared for. As an empty nester, I have the maturity and responsibility that homeowners and pet owners can count on.

I treat every pet and home with the same care and respect I would expect for my own. I carefully follow feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication instructions, and any special requests provided by owners. Safety is always my top priority, whether we're out on a walk or relaxing at home. I also believe communication is important, so you can expect regular updates, photos, and check-ins while you're away. My goal is to help both pets and their owners feel comfortable, safe, and stress-free.
Ratings and reviews
Maria took care of our 2 semi-feral cats when we went on a trip. The cats were well cared for and not at all afraid of her or skittish around her. That usually doesn't occur with these two that quickly! Thank you, Maria, for being here for them.

Schedule
I currently work from home part-time, which gives me the flexibility to provide attentive care and companionship throughout the day. I'm available for walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, and house sitting, and I can accommodate most feeding, exercise, and medication schedules. I understand that pets thrive on consistency, and I make it a priority to maintain their routines while their owners are away.

My goal is to keep their routine as normal as possible so they can relax and enjoy their time with me while you're away.
