Ratings and reviews
We are so glad that Maria was able to care for our elderly dog when we both needed to travel at the same time. Maria is caring, friendly, and experienced with older dogs; we also appreciated that she responds very quickly to communication. Very pleased overall.

Maria is lovely and was fantastic with my little pack of three! She stayed at our house and took such good care of them while I was away. She did especially well with my little one who is very nervous and shy around new people. She catered to her needs and made her feel comfortable :) She made my getaway stress free knowing they were is such good hands.

Maria is wonderful. She is clearly a dog lover and has a strong understanding of dog behavior. I also appreciate her flexibility.
Maria is a wonderful person to have take care of your dog. She took the time to get to know my one year old miniature schnauzer, who can be fearful of new situations. . I have had many dogs and have never had a better experience when leaving a pet with someone. I hope to have Maria take care of my dog in the future. In fact, I can’t imagine leaving him comfortably with anyone else.
Maria continues to be the absolute best when it comes to taking care of Boone! He always gets excited when he gets to spend time with her.

Maria was amazing with my dog Raven, an older German shepherd with some mobility issues and medication. Northern Vermont has tricky cell service and it felt good to know she was in good hands in Maria's home and care. Thank you.

Schedule
I currently work from home so I have the flexibility to devote full time care for the animals that I board and sit for. I do have to leave on occasion for short periods of time, so if your dog feels more comfortable and calm in their crate when you leave them alone , please provide it for their stay with me. If your dog has separation anxiety and can’t be left alone for any amount of time, please let me know ahead of time.

Safety, trust & environment
I offer boarding to one dog at a time if requested but I do host multiple dog friendly dogs. I have plenty of space in my home, comfortable places to rest and a large outdoor area to go on walks. Inside I offer enrichment activities such as scent games, interactive toys such as kongs, calming music, and lots of affection and a restful supportive environment. .
