Pet care experience
I've grown up with dogs my entire life and have trained and owned dogs of all shapes and sizes, from 120 lb Labradors to 3 lb chihuahuas. I own a 4 year old Aussie who loves every shape and size dog, and is such a gentle playmate. He gets along great with puppies and also has perfect manners with older dogs who don’t want to play. We love going to the dog park and on long walks/runs to get the exercise and stimulation and love he needs. I'm an active individual so I can be sure to give high energy dogs the workout they need, but I am also more than happy to care for senior dogs and provide lots of love. My dogs love my playful nature and I treat every pup like they're my own!

This was my first time using Rover and having a sitter I didn’t know but Maria made it a breeze & made me feel very comfortable trusting her with my pup. She even sent me updates and pictures and I could tell my dog was having so much fun! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Maria! I would give her 10 stars if I could!!

I work from home so have plenty of time to spend hanging out with pups, taking long walks or staying home if requested and just getting lots of play time in. My dog is super friendly and will play if invited to or just leave your dog alone if they aren’t looking for a playmate. I give each dog as much love as I would want my own pup to receive while I’m away, and do everything I can to ensure they feel safe and happy in my home.

Dogs need to be able to get along with other dogs, no history of aggression. My 4 year old Aussie is the friendliest pup around and gets along with everyone
A typical day
I live in a residential area good for long walks right by the Deschutes river trail, and can also take your pup to the park/hiking if requested. I typically take my dog for 3 walks a day, one of which being a longer walk. We throw the ball also.

Availability
I work from home so have ability to go for walks or to the park as often as needed. My dogs routine is a nice morning walk, a walk at lunchtime, and another walk after dinner. We go out to good dog as well to throw the ball and get a long nature walk in a few times a week.
