Leaving your dog behind can be hard—whether it’s for a weekend getaway or a busy workday. You want someone who’ll treat them with the same love and attention you do. You need more than just a dog watcher; you need someone who gets it. Someone who will keep your dog happy, safe, and loved until you’re back. As a dog mom to two golden retrievers (8 and 4), I’ve had plenty of experience with dogs of all energy levels, temperaments, and needs. I’m comfortable managing medications, preventing allergy triggers, and handling allergic reactions if they arise. Our home has a large front and backyard, perfect for playtime, exercise, and fresh air. Whether your pup needs long walks, belly rubs, or someone to sit quietly and keep them company, I’ll care for them as if they were my own. You’ll get regular updates, photos, and all the reassurance you need—so you can relax, knowing your dog is in good hands. At the end of the day, it’s not just about keeping your dog fed and exercised—it’s about making sure they feel at home, even when you’re not there. Because your dog deserves the best. And so do you.

We are so grateful to Maria and Ben for looking after our Bernedoodle while we were away! They are super communicative and we received lots of photos and videos which was so great while we were missing our girl.
Maria and Benjamin are super lovely and cared for my dog like their own. From ongoing communication and pictures to multiple walks per day and much more, it was clear my pup was in good hands and truly on his own fun vacation. he loves the company of other dogs and got along really great with Maria and Benjamin’s dogs. Schedule
Both my husband and I work fully remote. We’re flexible with our schedules and always block out time for long walks to the beach and a lot of time to play and interactive with ours and your pups! We’re early risers as well and are flexible accommodating for your pups needs throughout the day.

We’re flexible with our schedules and always block out time for long walks to the beach and a lot of time to play and interactive with ours and your pups! If caring for pets in our home, you can expect a minimum of 3 walks a day and lots of outdoor time in our front and backyard patio. We don’t have any dangerous areas in either patio, but will still keep a close eye on any pups to ensure full safety. If caring for pups in your home, you can expect me to treat your home like my own and respect it fully while also sticking to your pups schedule you would keep on a regular basis. I’d love to work with you to make sure your pups needs are fully met!
Pets
A typical day
We love to stay active. We live 9 minute walk from Playa Del Rey beach and love to take our pups down there for long walks and runs. In the evenings we also love to take out pups down to the beach for fetch and other games. We’d do the same with your pup as long as they don’t have any ailments that keep them from doing these things, and we of course would adjust and make sure we do low impact exercises.
