A pet-less pet lover
I’ve looked after dogs of all kinds for many years (little ones, medium sized and big ones who don’t know their own size!!) so i am comfortable looking after them whilst respecting their boundaries. As you can probably see from my photos I have lots and lots of experience with doodle breeds (and i LOVE them), but fear not, I love looking after other breeds too and have experience with dogs as small as chihuahuas, to dogs as big as a human!!! I have experience with puppy’s too and more than happy to look after your dog or dogs of any age!! I am happy to look after your pets either in their own environment or in my home as a “home away from home” and look after them as if they were part of my own family, as well as take them on some fun walks and play some enrichment games :)) and i am insured and have an enhanced DBS (i just might have to dig it out since we recently moved) my partner often says, “I’ve never met anyone who loves dogs so much” so i can guarantee a safe and loving stay filled with games, cuddles and attention :)

Maria was absolutely incredible with our two pups! She sent us lots of updates and kept us fully updated the whole time. Really friendly and she looked after them as they were her own. We would absolutely recommend booking with Maria!
I can’t recommend Maria more highly! We had a last min let down and I had 48hrs to sort someone to look after our dog - for a WHOLE WEEK!! Having never used Rover (or any third party) for pet sitting before, I was anxious about leaving my fur baby with a stranger at such short notice. Maria put me at ease from the moment we messaged. She agreed to meet up before the dates, and answered any questions which put me at ease immediately. She truly does love dogs and treats them as her own. I returned to a very happy and content pooch, and will definitely be in touch for future needs. Maria gave my dog a home-from-home, sent me lovely updates and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Maria Anne was fantastic with Axel while we were away. She took great care of him, kept us updated and made sure he was happy and settled in her home. We came back to a very happy dog. Would definitely recommend her!
Never met someone who genuinely loves spending time with dogs as much as Maria. She’s diligent but so bright and friendly, great to communicate with too, and the best part is every time she looks after my puppies she sends me the cutest photos of them bonding, it’s beautiful.

Schedule
I am an academic and term starts on the 5th October so from then i will be working on campus on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays, meaning i am free to look after pets at the weekends and Tuesdays and Thursdays! I am also available for boarding and pet sitting and we can try arrange a plan for when I am at work! Happy to welcome your dogs to my lovely home too where I can let them out for a wee whenever they need, feed them at their normal time, and take on a lovely walk around a park without any hassle, as many times as they need :)

Happy to look after your two most important things in life - your home and your pet. I’m happy to give them walks whenever needed and out for wee breaks etc when needed :) your pet will be my priority when they are in my care, and i will treat them as my own
A typical day
I can do whatever your dog needs - walks, mental enrichment, calm time. I am always interested in learning new ways to train as well so I can try teach them new things if requested

- Let me know where the dog likes to sleep, welcome on the bed but I just need to ensure my partner is aware with some notice (we have a spare room so it’s not a big deal if I don’t know until the day)! if your pet requires ALL my attention for the time they’re with me, please let me know and i am happy to block all other bookings while they are in my care
