Hey there! My name is Maria Angela. I am a huge animal lover, having had dogs in all stages of my life. I have been pet sitting for friends (and friends of friends) for the past 4.5 years and currently have no pets - considering this, I was asking myself why not trying Rover to get to more dog owners who need help? It is a win-win situation... I get the cuddles, woofs and tail wags and you get the help you need! I am very patient and responsible when it is about our fur pals, understanding that sometimes we don't get the time we want to dedicate to them and that we would like to have a trusty person to be our go-to when the time comes. I provide different services for your four legged companions and I am able to accommodate if there are any special needs. Please feel free to message me with any special requests to serve you better! PS. I take ONE dog per service (or more than one if from the same household). I do not have pets of my own, so expect my full attention on your furry friend at ALL times.

Maria was fantastic. From the moment I reached out, she was eager to meet, and it was incredibly convenient that we live just a few steps away. Nymeria and Luke seemed completely at ease with her; it was my first time leaving them with someone new, so I was a bit unsure of how they'd react. Maria sent frequent updates, which gave me real peace of mind. She proved to be trustworthy, and I’ll definitely consider her for future needs.

Schedule
I work from home full-time so I am able to host and take care of your furry baby all the time. I do not leave pets under my care alone unless it is something exceptional (I still make sure to ask beforehand how many hours they can stay alone, just in case). I take long walks during my lunch time and some furry company is always welcome!

Safety, trust & environment
I make sure to have open communication at all times so that my services meet the expectations. I have a 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of space to host pets with a safe balcony for fresh air, also I have a very convenient courtyard for bathroom breaks. I make sure pets feel comfortably in all spaces at home and keep them safe away of any hazards by not having any unsecured wires or loose small items around.
A typical day
Besides the courtyard, there is a big park nearby where dogs can explore, socialize and play, if needed. Happy to go on long walks around the neighborhood and play indoor games when at home. The idea is to make your dog happy by having them to spend their energy in different fun activities.
