I’ve had pets all my life, and caring for them has always come naturally. I currently have two rescue dogs, and over the years I’ve helped care for friends’ pets when they travel, so being around animals has always been a part of my everyday life. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I have particularly have experience with and know to be especially mindful and patient with animals who are shy, anxious, or need time to warm up. I aim to treat every pet with the same love and attention I give my own.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority. When caring for pets in your home, I follow your rules and routines as closely as possible to keep your pet feeling comfortable. I supervise all interactions closely and stay attentive to signs of stress or overstimulation. On walks, I’m always alert to your dog’s cues and surroundings, giving them space when needed and avoiding triggers if I know they’re reactive. I understand the importance of consistency and structure, especially for animals with anxiety or trauma, and I always aim to build trust at their pace.
