I enjoy the connection I have with dogs. Cats will always have a special place in my heart. My intention is to provide specialized care and attention while you are away.🐾✨My household is flexible to high energy dogs and low energy dogs. About Axel: He’s trained from Wolfman K9 obedience school. I’m very proud of our work and he’s taken me on a journey of not only understanding what his breed requires but have become familiar and socially interactive with every dog he interacts with! I’m a dog sitter whose roots lie in the understanding of well balance of playtime and training time. Training a German Shepard and Husky mix breed has enhanced my diligence and adaptability skills. - I create the playful moments for my dog. This keeps him out of mischief and provides him structure. - I am familiar with what it’s like to have a witty dog always trying to outsmart me! (He does it less now that he’s older though) - I show compassion towards all the pets who’s been previously been under my care. - I am observant in different dogs’ communication styles - I’ve actively built up understanding of communication with dogs. - My upbringing solidified my genuine love and respect for a variety of different pets. I’ve had indoor and outdoor cats, I was responsible for: - Feeding them on schedule - Changing their litter box - Playtime - Cuddles My household has been tailored to dogs and cats before for their comfort. I’d like to create a friendship and offer the same efforts as you would to provide the peace of mind having your pet under my care. Additional background info: I was responsible for the family’s African grey bird. Responsibilities such as: - Cleaning the cage - Cleaning the food bowls I was also under the direct care of my dwarf bunny. This included: - Cleaning the cage - Feeding them - Being under my supervision while they roamed around in the backyard I’ve had two family dogs growing up. One was a pug and the other a Boxer. Their names were Genius and Estrella

Luna is absolutely excited every time to see and spend time with Maria and Axel. Maria is a wonderful pet sitter. Such a blessing to find such a kind soul who loves what she does.
Maria was soo good taking care of my cats! She made sure they were comfortable and accommodating with their needs. She made sure to update me everyday which was great!
maria did such an incredible job taking care of sheru. since we’ve never left him overnight anywhere before, i was a little nervous, but leaving him with maria really put me at ease. she treated him with so much love and attention, and it was clear that he felt comfortable and happy in her care. i’m so grateful for the peace of mind she gave me.

Maria was amazing with our Toto, during his 4 night stay. Right from the start, she made us feel totally comfortable leaving him in her care. Toto had the best time ever away from home. He loved playing with her and absolutely enjoyed the walks. We could tell from his happy face in all the photo updates. It was so nice getting little updates while we were away, it really gave us peace of mind. Toto came back happy, tired (in a good way!), and clearly well looked after. We’re so lucky to have someone like Maria who truly understands and cares for him. Highly recommend!

Schedule
Pet care enhances my weekly routine. My place of study is done in my household. I’m regularly used to having prepped time aside or spontaneous moments with Axel for a break.

Safety, trust & environment
Pets have access to a safely fenced off backyard they may roam and be as wild as they please! For zoomies (the spontaneous urge to run around) and therefore playtime is stress-free. Playtime is allowed in the house or outside. I set up puzzles and/or tug of war. There’s numerous open fields,hills, trails near by whether your fur-baby is full of energy or just wants to chill out. During the summer time I set up small obstacle courses and he play/barks at the sprinkler when I purposely turn it on for him. i live in a lively social area, dog walkers in my area all know each other and sometimes they all play together. We all look out for each other and love our pets. My preference is to not let dogs in my care go to communal dog spaces (unless it’s empty) this is just a health precaution!⛑️ For In-House sitting: you can expect essentials such as Feeding&Hydration, washroom maintenance, socializing and companionship, ensure a secure environment, water plants as needed. 🗒️Please note🗒️: these are general guidelines, and I'm always flexible to accommodate any specific requests or instructions provided by the client.
