Mari is truly exceptional! She cared for Sabine for two weeks while we were out of the country, and we couldn’t have felt more comfortable leaving her in Mari’s care. She is exceptionally skilled, communicative, thoughtful, and adaptable, the best qualities for someone caring for your dog and home for an extended stay. During the sit, we had an unexpected water break behind the house, and Mari handled the situation incredibly well. She showed excellent judgment, stayed calm and communicative, and took care of what needed to be done without us having to worry from afar. Most importantly, Sabine absolutely adores her. She seemed so happy, relaxed, and incredibly well cared for when we got home. We feel very lucky to have found Mari and would trust her with Sabine and our home again without hesitation.

This was my first time using Rover, and I truly feel like I hit the jackpot connecting with Mari! She will absolutely be my go-to sitter moving forward. :) My cat, Emmy, immediately felt relaxed in Mari’s beautiful, clean, and welcoming home. Mari was incredibly attentive and kind, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful daily updates, sweet photos, and videos she shared throughout Emmy’s stay. She was always responsive and made me feel completely comfortable knowing Emmy was in such good hands. Mari respected Emmy’s personality and pace. She never rushed her or forced a connection, and it was so sweet to see Emmy become comfortable enough to curl up and nap with her! You can tell Mari genuinely understands that our pets are family members and treats them with that same level of love, patience, and respect. I’ll absolutely be recommending Mari to my friends with both dogs and cats. Although I only have a cat now, I’m a previous dog owner and would trust Mari with any pet of mine. I couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover experience!

If I could give Mari ten stars (or fifty), I would. She is absolutely great. She goes above and beyond. She clearly loves and understands animals, and she bonded with my cat during her introductory visit. My only concern is that my cat might prefer Mari to me henceforth (I'm only half joking.). I am sure she would be fine with dogs too. Hire her and you can be certain your pet is extremely well cared for while you are away.

Mari is fantastic and clearly a cat lover - and understands cats! When she came to meet Busy for the first time, she took all the time needed to bond with my kitty and ask all questions about her care. During her time with Busy, I received the cutest photos and videos showing my kitty super comfortable, getting all her play time, and cozying up for naps every day during her stay. Mari also maintained my apartment extremely well and I’m very thankful for that! I am so happy Mari is now in our lives and I wouldn’t think twice before booking her again!

Mitchie settled in quickly and felt right at home with Mari. Mari is a great communicator, and it’s clear they’re a real cat lover. I really appreciated the updates and photos throughout my trip, which made it easy to relax knowing Mitchie was in good hands. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be booking with Mari again for future trips.

Mari is such a pleasant person to be around. She understood exactly what it takes to care for an older cat with health conditions like our Ziggy. I really appreciated the level of enthusiasm, attentiveness, and experience she brought, even with a long list of medications and feeding instructions. It’s clear that she genuinely cares deeply about both the animals and the people who love them.
