Hello! I have a big heart and do my best to understand animals. Some say I have an animal magnetism. I've had meaningful relationships with animals most of my life. I used to walk dogs at Saratoga County Animal Shelter. Right now I own 4 cats who were feral and each found me in their own fascinating ways. I adore the unique personalities of each of my cats. Whenever friends or family ask me to check in on their pets I always make a point of spending quality time. I keep my service radius within a 15 minute drive for myself. I am able to travel with a charge of $15 per half hour. When one of my cats (all indoor) got out by mistake, I did everything to get him back: -Made signs and posted in my neighborhood - got the help of an animal intuitive - walked the woods and my area 3x a day -posted all over facebook including Steve Caporizzo’s lost pet connection. - borrowed a motion camera I could monitor from my phone anywhere. -set up a shelter outside one of my doors with food, blankets and water. The night he came back Tommy was circling my house for an hour and crying for the 3rd night in a row. I sat on the step of the door he initially got out of, talked sweetly to him, he got closer and closer until he threw his body down to the pavement and crawled his way to me. It was amazing how he returned. I had a cat live 20 years and my oldest right now is almost 15. With this 15 year old, I’ve become exceptional with giving special attention, food, grooming and medicine. I trim my cats claws. Thank you!

Margot is a wonderful pet sitter and I enjoyed my vacation so much more because I knew that my kitties were in good hands. Along with my cats she also cared for my plants and fed the birds! Margot went above and beyond and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to have their pets watched.
Margot has sat for our cats a number of times over the past five years. She took the time to friend them and play with them. She sent us a video or photo every day while we were gone, with comments on their mood or playfulness.
Margot truly cares about animals. Whenever my family leaves for a vacation Margot will watch our cat Mia. Besides making sure our kitty’s food and water needs are met, she also spends a little bit of time petting Mia, as she is a social cat and appreciates the attention. I trust Margot both in our home and with our pet.

About me: I am a creative type. I'm a working musician, Production Assistant of a local comic book and I’m also selling my artwork. I live in Greenfield Center with 4 cats I adore. I am integrating pet sitting in my life because I love animals and it'd be an awesome way to supplement my income. I’m just signing up with Rover as of late November 2023 and excited to offer exceptional care to animals I’m looking forward to meet. I am open to becoming a regular sitter and love the idea of helping humans with their animals on a more consistent basis. I’ve worked in TV/Film/Theater/Photography Production for decades. My most recent full time job was with a CBS/CW affiliate in evening tv news. I have 15 years experience in customer service and hospitality and over 20 in administration. I live in Greenfield Center, NY with reliable transportation.
